Using CP437 (US8PC437) the other 32 bytes

Hello,

I am doing coverting character sets to US8PC437. However I need to use the ASCII control characters inplace of the graphical output. It seams that the Char Set US8PC437 uses the graphical output for the first 32 not the ASCII. Is there another characterset that uses the ASCII control inplace of the graphical output? How can I modify the USPC437 to use the ASCII?
