Using comboBoxListOfValue in 12c

Hi expert,

I am using JDeveloper 12c  12.2.1.0.0

I have requirement where I need to use one field as LOV where user either can select value from LOV or user can enter value.

I heard I can use LOVComboBox to get this done, But when I try to drop my attribute as LOV nowhere I get the option of like ComboBox. I have already set "Combo Box with List of Value" in my data source VO. yet I don't get any option of Combo Box while dopping my attribute to UI.

Kindly help how can I do this.
