Using Bouncy castle

Hello,

I am thinking of using Bouncy Castle for my project of Secure Chat. I need to know what are the steps for installation for using Bouncy Castle. I would be working in general lab so is it neccassary to have administrative rights to install it (coz I dont have administrative rights).
