Using ALBPM in a Synchronous Manner to do Web Services Orchestration

Hi -

I am trying to get to a point where I have an ALBPM process exposed via a WSDL with a typical XML/SOAP request/response WSDL. For example, I would like to send in a customer ID and retrieve a customer object, using ALBPM to execute the individual steps of the process. What is the best way to do this? Is it even possible? I would like to avoid using the synch/async aspect of ALSB in order to make this happen.
