Using a New Line character inside a form

Hello,

I have a Form with description and comments FIELDS.
When I update the form I add the *'CHR(13) || CHR(10)'* to split the lines to next line.

Everything looks good in the description and comments , the newline character works great.

But when I send an EMAIL of the description and comments content. I see Nothing is in formatted state
Everything gets into one line I mean, getting appeneded to every line.

Appreciate your help on this.
