Using a general letterhead

Hi, I would like to know of the best way to pull in a general letterhead for my reports. I have numerous reports that have the same letterhead and wold like to use only one for all of the reports, obviously this is better when it comes to changing anything in the letterhead. The letterhead contains pictures and text.

Please give some suggestions
