Users don't see folders in Repository - PBCS

Hi experts,

I have a problem with kind of security in Explore Repository.

I'm administrator of PBCS solution and I can see all folders that are created in repository.

I would like to users with Planning role also can see these folders.

I have created a user and that user has Planner Role but he can't see folders that I want.

I add a snapshot of user's view

He see original information.

I can see some other folders

I assign folder that I want to see Planning Role permission but it still not working. A something wired is that if I'm going to permission window again I don't see permissions that I have applied before...is empty:

Could you help me about it?
