User variable in business rule
Hello, I need to pass the value of a user variable containing a member of a dimension in hyperion planning to a business rule in essbase. Said business rule is executed from planning directly (its not associated to a form, its part of a task list and the user just clicks "launch") . I've read a workaround using global variables but that needs the BR to be associated with a planning form, and as i said, the application is designed so the user can just run the BR from planning. Ive searched a lot on the subject and I can´t find a suitable answer, is there any way to achieve this functionality? thanks in advance
