Hi

I tried to do login with Scott / Tiger normal mode, return me that account is locked

When I tried login with in mode SYSOPER It return me insufficient privileges

When I tried in mode SYSDBA It to logon work fine

How can I change for to login in normal mode and SYSOPER ?
