User's profile changed - need to find out by who/when

Hi - I have a production 11202 database where the PROFILE associated w/ the schema user's account was changed recently. I don't see any info in DBA_USERS view to help w/ what I need (and tried to look elsewhere but couldn't locate it).

I'm looking for where Oracle stores information about who changed the user's profile and when/etc.

Appreciate any help.
