User receives error "EPMHFM-7100: Unspecified DROID Error Occured" when attempting to refresh an existing Smartview adhoc

HFM on-prem 11.2.8.0.0.05 / Smartview 23.200

We have a single user suddenly facing this error message when attempting to refresh an existing HFM adhoc report. The same file refreshes normally for other users on the team as well as our admins. We have tried re-installing Smartview for this user but the issue persists.

Our team noticed when this user tries to refresh the grid, the entity dimension and ICP dimension swap between grid/POV before the error message is returned:

-Entity dimension starts in the grid (with 10+ entities listed out) but upon refresh gets sent to the POV box and changed to [None]

-ICP starts in the POV box at the top level but upon refresh gets sent to the grid and displays the 10+ entities

I'm not sure why these dimensions seem to swap for this user only but Doc ID 2205077.1 mentions this error can occur if two members share the name description. The user Smartview options are not set to “Description Only” so it should be using the normal member name.
