User profile changed who and when?

Hi Team,

User is complaining that his account's profile has been changed in prod DB and want us to find out who has done it and when it was changed?

Could you please tell me how to find this details?

Oracle -- 10.2.0.3.0

Os --- AIX 3 5

This is prod DB.

This is standalone server.
