User POV no selection available for FR

Some users, when they run financial reports on the workspace, they can't select members on POV. When they open the POV selection, they don't have the list of members available. This happens after we upgrade from 11.1.2.3 to 11.1.2.4

Browser is IE 11. Zoom level is set to 100%.

Any suggestion? Thank you!
