User POV corrupted after opening a wdef in smart view

Hi all,
we are experiencing this in 11.1.2.1:
when we open a wdef through smart view, when we try to log on to hfm through workspace the yser POV is corrupted and we need to delete related user's record in the userparams table.

Since lot of users use this functionality, this is very urgent.

Does anyone have experienced something similar and can advise on how to solve it?
