user passwords are not working at application level after database refresh

Hi ,

While working on database refresh the user passwords are not working for front end users but the same passwords are working at db level.

we are taking backup before refresh and retaining back after refresh but if user will try to connect to db they are getting error invalid password/user name.

but the passwords are working fine at DB level if we reset the password then it is working fine but we can not do this for all users all time. can any one share knowledge or solution for this issue.

db version : 11.2.0.3

os : AIX
