User not able to see anything

Hi,
One of my user has logged in the Presenation Services for the first time and she does not see anything, i can she her when i log into by Admin, i have even added her to the subject areas but still she is not able to see anything, what could be the problem. She has logged off and logged in again could not see anything do we need to do anything after the user logs in for the first time.

Quick help is needed.
