User Defined Reports - PDF, page format and date format

I tried my first user defined report, the content is OK so far. But nevertheless some questions:

The "report-settings" have a big section for PDF, when the "report is exported as PDF". But where can I invoke this PDF-export?
The PDF settings have only US-paper sizes (Letter; Legal). How to select DIN-formats, at least DIN A4 (95%) and DIN A3 (5%)?
There are a lot of date formats (especially for PDF, but also for HTML), but they are all british /american. How to set "08.04.2020 / 8. April 2020 / Mittwoch, 8.April 2020".

Are the questions 2 and 3 depending from my Java-language-settings? I have a German OS and need German formats, but my Java is set to English.
