User can't run procedure PLS-00905

I get the following error when a user tries to run the procedure update_jc_number. The user in question is not the main user and it was not the user that i used to create the procedure. The user that created the procedure has no problems running it but this one does. Is there something i need to set for this other user to be able to use this procedure, i have already allowed the user to execute any procedure but this does not help.

It is Oracle Database 10g (10.1.0.2)
