user authentication - nsaccountlock

Hi,

I am have some strange issue with User authentication.

User's account is lock with the value of nsaccountlock is true in users entry but user is still able to log in...!!

I inacticated this accout using ns-inactivate.pl script and in the Console I can see that the user is inactive

Do I need to do some thing esle to inactivate the account..?
