While creating a new certification for reviewing users' application account access, I selected 'include only active users and active accounts'. However, after launching the certification I saw the record for users in Disabled status also got picked up in the log. And after the cert job stopped, no review was created and the error message in scheduler said 'java.lang.Exception: Application instance certification creation failed with the following error: null.'
The certification was created for a specific organization. When check in the user table, at lease 80% of active users from this organization have valid manger key. Has anyone seem similar issue before?
