Hi Admins,

I am an Stanford employee. I have 2 oracle accounts, one is with my stanford mail id and the other is my personal mail id.

I am not able to login to my Oracle account with my personal mail id -******** mail address removed *******; I am getting "user blocked, please contact admin" error message upon successful login.

Please unblock my user account.

Hi,

By Oracle account, do you mean an Oracle Cloud account or the generic Oracle website account?

Based on your answer, the question can be moved to a more appropriate category (or some other resources can be shared).

Well, this is just a forum, not much will be done here.

Look at https://www.oracle.com/corporate/contact/help.html and go through the steps mentioned there on how to handle your account. There is also a button to request help.
