Use Oracle forms 12c Application server with another Oracle Database

Hi, i have 2 windows 2008 servers, in 1 i have an oracle 12.1.0.2.0 64 bit database installed and in the other windows server i have a Forms es 12.2.1.2 installed,

but i need to use this forms server with another database machine, but i will like to know how to move the installed schemas/objects in database when i installed forms (steps to execute) to the new database ?

Do i have to reinstall forms 12c again in the new database machine or may i move the objects from old database to new one in order forms can work normally ?
