use listagg multiple rows columns

Hello,
I have following data in table
Table A
column ID type code
1 ETH CAN
1 ETH LAB
1 ETH POL
1 EYE BL
1 CIT CAN
I like results to be displayed as
ID ETH_LIST EYE_LIST CITIZEN_LIST (Heading)
1 CAN,LAB,POL BL CAN (Results)
Please help with query.
