Use DBLink from another user

Hi,

There is schema - Schema-1. This schema contains 2 users - User-1 and User-2. User-2 has a DBLink to another database (DBLink-1). I wanted to know if there is anyway I can use the DBLink-1 from user-1. I currently do not have access to user-2 and cannot request user-2 to provide grant, but is there anyway I can use that DBLink-1 from user-1 ?

I know this sounds like security breach, but I wanted to know if there any approach.
