Use Database XE with ADF Bussines Components

Hi to all, great idea publish a free version of Oracle Database !!!. My question is :

--> I can use jdeveloper 10.1.3 Ea version with the Oracle XE withou limitations ?.
In thecnology forum to java developers Oracle show a few demos with te OE eschema. How to install the samples schemas to Oracle XE ? that is posible ? I can download the sql scritps to run it?
