usage for apex with EBS-r12

i have well knowledge for apex(upto 18.1) and bi publisher and OBIE(dashboard), just enter the Oracle EBS-r12(ver 12.2) .

1.how can use the apex stuff in EBS?

2.can i make any new apex forms for ebs requirement within EBS environment,my goal is don't use oracle form builder! to replace APEX

3.if it can be possible, how to achieve? any reference or tutorials please.
