URLHosts problem - iWS6sp1 on NT fails to start with message Invalid configuration: group1:xxxxxxxxx

Fresh installation on NT2000 machine (WELLERS)did initially work. However,inadvertantly I must have incorrectly changed a config option. Not sure if this is iWS or IAS plugin causing the problem.
