URLDecoder: Illegal hex characters in escape (%) pattern

hi ,

i am getting "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: URLDecoder: Illegal hex characters in escape (%) pattern - For input string: \"\u000F\u0016\"
can any one help how to fix this issue?
