Url to use - Deploying application on Apex

Hello...

I'm playing around with apex that came with XE. I'm able to access the application with the following address http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=100 when I'm on the same server as XE and apex. However after publishing and making it available, I am not able to do it from another computer within the same network.
I'm using http://192.168.0.101:8080/apex/f?p=100, on both local and remote computer and it seems to not work. 192.168.0.101 is the IP address of where apex and xe resides. Please help....also for some strange reason on of my applications suddenly disappeard from view...but I can still view it's login page after toggling it to run only (and not build) very strange. Thanks!
