URL region causing proxy error (http 407)

441236Dec 1 2005
Hi,

using HTML DB, I'm trying to create a URL region on one of the pages.
After having encountered a couple of ORA-???? errors (such as 29273) and finding out that I have to specify the proxy server's address, I now get the following error message in this region:

The page cannot be displayed
There is a problem with the page you are trying to reach and it cannot be displayed
...
HTTP 407 Proxy Authentication Required . The ISA Server requires
authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy service is
denied. (12209)
Internet Security and Acceleration Server

Placing an HTML region on the page (that contains a simple href tag referring to the desired page) works, i.e. clicking on the link will cause the page to be displayed without problems in my browser.

This does not only happen when trying to 'include' an external webpage but also when replacing its URL with an intranet page (although my IE connection settings for the specific intranet-server avoid using the proxy server in this case).

Does anybody happen to have made similar experiences or suggestions for solving this issue?

Regards,
Frank
