Urjent help !!! df -h showing more space in linux file system for oracle

Dear all,

Im my server while am giving df -h command it's showing 381G for /oracle file system.

But my actual file content is 300G.

if i am giving du -sh /oracle it's showing 300G.

Where the extra 81G space is used am not getting and due to that my file system usage aquiring 100% space and i have no free space.

Kindly help me to reduce the extra space.
