Urgent Thiessen Polygon

Hi there ,this is a trickey one for me but maybe someone can help me.
How do i go about creating a Thiessen polygon,does someone have an example for me,and some background information.

As far as i can see I would use the SDO_AGGR_CONVEXHULL statement I think.
Any help would be appreciated.
