URGENT: RWRUN60.EXE - Application Error

Hello I have an application with Forms 6i being executed in IA 1.0.2.2. Patch 7 Forms and works well for some hours but when there is a I number bigger than 50 users I am presented this message:

RWRUN60.EXE - Application Error
The application failed to initialize properly.


then I restart my servant web because my users are not able to estrar to the application.
