Urgent : Problem on HotSync

Now, I am evaluating Oracle Lite 5.0.2 on Palm which is downloaded from Oracle web site. I have sucessfully installed Oracle Lite with sample applications on a PC and Palm (Model:Zire 71, Palm OS : v. 5.2.1).

However, I am not able to use 'HotSync' on the Palm (it is connected to PC through USB cradle) to synchronize with the Oracle database server. When the Palm is reaching to the synchronization on Oracle Mobile conduit, it appears an error "HotSync operation was interrupted. Some of your data was NOT backed up. For details, tap HotSync Log on the HotSync screen". When seeing the log, it appears "...Oracle Moble 192.168.0.202 connection failed synchronization failed". Actually, I have set the following setting on 'mSync':
Username:S11U1 Password:MANAGER Server:192.168.0.202 (which is the IP address of the mobile server).
