Urgent---Paging Tag Library -help needed

I am using paging tag library in a web application to display large data on different pages:-

i am using the tag library available at :-http://jsptags.com/tags/navigation/pager/pager-taglib-2.0.html

The links:-

Result Pages: [<< First] 2 3 4 [Next >] [Last >>]

appears on the top of the web page above the data (which is shown in a html table)

can i customize the links so that they appears on the top and bottom of the web page? or can the link appear on the bottom of the web page (after the data displayed) on the web page.

i could'nt find any tag in the pager-taglib.tld which does the postioning of the links?
