(!!!URGENT!!!) OIM to WebService Call

Hello IDMers,

I am trying to make a WS call to a 3 rd party server and retrieve a pin. when I tested the webservice separately outside of OIM, it worked fine.
But Now i integrated the code and i deployed it in OIM.
I am getting this error when making a webservice call:

org.jboss.xb.binding.JBossXBRuntimeException: Failed to create a new SAX parser


I tried making changes to standard-jaxws-client-config.xml within jboss but It didnt work. Looks like it is some error related to WSSecurity, I don know how to resolve this.

My OIM environment is:

build.number=9.1.0.1866.24
product.version=9.1.0.2
Jboss4.2.3GA

Please help me with this.
