Hello Oracle Support Team,
I am unable to log into my Oracle Cloud account because I lost access to the device that had the authenticator app (Google Authenticator).
Here are my account details:
- Email: [removed by moderator]
- Cloud Account Name: [removed by moderator]
- Domain: Default
- Account Type: Always Free
I no longer have access to the 2FA app or backup code. I understand that Free Tier accounts are not eligible for live agent support, so I am kindly requesting your help here to reset the MFA.
