URGENT!Master Slave replication setup.URGENT!

Dear All,

I have two databases, one at the HO and one at the Branch Office.
What ever information that's entered into the BO server needs to be replicated at the HO Database. It's Unidirectional. The HO server is on a Static IP. I am able to establish a database link to the HO from BO. I am not able to proceed further.

I need to configure replication in such a way that, the information at Branch Office has to be repliacted at the HO server thro' a scheduled job.

I NEED HELP. IT"S URGENT.
