Urgent! IMP-00010 and IMP-00000

I'm trying to import 9i export to 10g. But I got the error IMP-00010 and IMP-00000.

IMP-00010: not a valid export file, header failed verification
IMP-00000: import terminated unsuccessfully

I also tried to import the same dmp file to 9i, but it just hang there, no progress at all.

Any idea how to fix this issue?
