URGENT - how to unlock "admin" account?

Hi,

I'm on Apex3.2 (11g with Embedded Gateway). Apparently "admin" account was locked when I tried to access it several times.

I used the "Reset Password" to get the new passwords. I got the "admin" password reset. But since the account is locked, how can I access it with the new password?

I searched the Forum before posting the message, but to no avail.
