URGENT: how to remove Junk characters in CSV output

Hi,

I am working on a CSV report and after every 66 rows a junk character is displayed in the output. I have attached the latest RDF and the output for your reference.

I have tried following ways to remove the junk character

- reducing the space in the layout of the reports

- changing the properties of the main page

- changing properties of the report

- changing system parameters

- checked in the query for any null value

- varied the height and width of the report but than only changes the position of the junk character

- deleting the whole layout and I still get the junk character in the first row and column.

I am really not able to figure out the solution for this so please have a look at it if time permits as this is a priority issue and the report has to be delivered to the client on urgency basis.
