(URGENT)How to get the row number in a specific record group

Dear all,
I have a record group wich is 'My_Group' and it contain 2 coulmns 'col1' & 'col2'
and it has values like the following
col1 col2
1 1000
2 2000
3 3000
i want a function to delete a row when i send the value to it.
i mean when i send number 2000 then it should delete row number 2
