urgent help ned for patch

I read the read me of the patch 4025319.its have 3 driver c3120356.drv

d3120356.drv

g3120356.drv

how is it possible driver file is differnet number?patch is 4025319 but driver file is 3120356.i applyed its telling

The driver file specified does not exist. Please ensure that:
/tamr4i/applmgr/1159/patches/4025319/c3120356.drv
is the correct specification for the driver file.
