urgent : does oracle lite 5.0.2.10 runs on win ce .net 4.2 device ?

Hello, we've spent some times to learn ORACLE LITE and sync process, we made the transport demo worked on ppc 2003 and emulator too. But does ORACLE LITE 5.0.2.10 runs on Win ce .net 4.2 devices, because our app is targeted on a scanner handheld device that runs win ce 4.2 ?
I tried to copy the ppc 2003 file olite.us.ppc2003.armv4x.cab to the device we use, and when I launch MSQL, it says that some component are missing, or it can't find the file.

Quick answer will be appreciated.
