Urgent - Dependent Column on other one

i have the following problem :
i need to add two fileds :
feild1 : country
field 2 : city
and i need to add these two fields in the same form .
what i need is :
when i select country , the list of values for cities will be automaticlly change .
How to create two (af:SelectOneChoice) depend on each other and are automatically refreshed when selected.?
