Urgent! asp.net with oracle developer tool

Currently I am working in 1 project which involved oracle report in asp.net. I would like to create an application that looks like simplified oracle report wizard in .net for end user.
The purpose is for end user (admin staffs) to be able to create and genearte their own report at anytime.
I have been looking for oracle component/libraries in windows for that purpose.but so far couldn't find any of these component or library for oracle 9i developer suite.
Can anyone provide idea how to do it?
