Urg---White screen coming up when logged into hyperion planning application

I am using 11.1.1.3 version of hyperion planning , as soon as I loaded one of the dimension with metadata using outline loader....refresh went well and fine and in essbase also I was able to see the metadata for that particular dimension. As soon as I open the webform it was hanging for a while then I closed and open planning interface then this white screen was coming...I killed the session from EAS still by planning application is having a white screen with other menus on top. If select one menu administration and select dimension... it will go into query mode and after some time logs out.

I have admin rights for this application.........Please provide your value suggestion... last time when it happened after some time I was able to see the planning screen and I selected the dimension and deleted all the members under that dimension.

That dimension is having 3000 members.. and outline utilty has not show any error....or else any error at refresh
