upside question marks to standard apostrophe.

Hi
in my application i have clob text field with some big text in it. but when ever there is single apostrophe is inserted that is converted to Upside Down Question Mark
now I have 252 rows of that kind in only one table.

how to write a single query to update the chr(191) in a field CLOB datatype to standard apostorphe chr(39)

please advice.
