Upload File by Oracle Form 6i

Currently i am doing research on the method to upload file by using oracle form 6i (Version 6.0.8.27.0 (Production)) and Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release 10.2.0.4.0 - 64bit.
Currently, I found 2 methods - fileupload & d2kwutil that have the function. Is that any other method can use? Which method (fileupload & d2kwutil) is feasible and useful? Those uploaded file will keep in Unix server.
