Upload excel data into HFM using macro/VBA functions

Hi,

Users enter the data in excel sheets and I am asked to automate the upload process into HFM by using macros/VBA functions.

I am very new to HFM. Can anybody explain step-by-step process on how to create a macro/vb script to upload the excel sheet into hfm application.
